The highly flexible connector hose for bridge dewatering

immuG BRÜCKEN Expert is used as an elastic connector element between two pipelines draining sewage water in bridge structures. Usually sewage water flows pressure-less in these hoses.

The hose convinces by a long working life that is achieved by its weather- und ozone-resistant cover. Moreover, it offers resistance to fuels, oil, bases and acids. This results in a hose suitable for typical environmental conditions.

Structure:

• core: CR, black, electrically conductive (R < 10⁶ Ω)
• reinforcement: textile fabric with steel spiral
• cover: CR, black, electrically conductive (R < 10⁶ Ω), resistant to weather and chemicals
• wall profile: inside and outside corrugated

Technical Data

• Suction hose with high vacuum stability, allowing low pressure.
• Operational pressure: -0,5 to 1 bar
• High flexibility by inside and outside corrugation.
• Wall thickness: 6 mm (deviant thicknesses are available on request)
• Temperature range: -35°C to +100°C

Hose connection:

Spiral-free sockets (hose endings) for pipe integration. We adjust the socket inner diameter and length individually to your needs.
