Abrasion protection in wet and dry conveying at the highest level

The immuG ABRASION Expert is suitable for transporting abrasive suspensions such as sand, gravel, concrete, sludge, plaster or similar medium.

Variants
  • The immuG ABRASION Expert plus with a highly abrasion resistant core is particularly suitable for pneumatic conveying of extremely abrasive bulk materials such as sand, granulated slag, etc. Outstanding service lives are also achieved with extremely abrasive suspensions such as cement, sludge or plaster.
  • The immuG ABRASION Expert SD designates the version with a spiral. It is dimensionally stable, suitable for suction applications and can be laid firmly.
  • The immuG ABRASION Expert plus SD combines both properties.

The design with vulcanized flanges allows higher wear layer thicknesses than systems with hose couplings such as the immuG FÖRDER Expert. The flange connections are compatible with other immuG products, e.g. rubber pipe bends GUR-BG.
