immuG QUETSCH Expert is suitable for transporting abrasive suspensions such as sand, gravel, concrete, sludge, plaster or comparable media.

Structure

• core: NR-SBR, black, abrasion resistant,electrically conductive
• reinforcement: polyester cord
• cover: NR-SBR, black fabric patterned, weather resistant, electrically conductive

Technical data

• nominal diameter Ø 25 – 500 mm
• pressure hose, inside smooth, outside fabric patterned
• burst pressure >= 3 x nominal pressure
• kinkable, can be cut to size (without flanges)
• core and cover electrically conductive
• temperature: -30°C to +80°C
• length and wall thickness according to customer specifications
• on request also available in EPDM, CR or NBR design
