immuG SAUGFLEX Expert SX
Highly flexible suction hose for tough applications
immuG SAUGFLEX Expert SX was designed directly for use on mobile suction dredgers for transporting construction debris, overburden, sand, dust, chips, glass or electrical scrap, and also excels in other highly demanding abrasive suction applications.
When equipped with flanges, it is ideal for use on the suction nozzle of dredge pumps.

Structure
- core: NR, light colored, highly abrasion resistant, electrically non conductive
- reinforcement: fabric mixture with steel wire spiral
- cover: CR, black, weather resistant, electrically conductive
- wall profile: smooth inside, corrugated outside
Technical data
- highly abrasion resistant inner rubber layer with high rebound elasticity
- bending friendly structure with strong corrugation and flexible fabric
- high vacuum resistance due to steel wire spiral
- conductive rubber compounds, optional copper wire can be led out
- temperature: -30°C to +80°C
