Vacuum hoses

ImmuG Rohr + Schlauch GmbH provides to the customer different hose constructions meeting the requirements out of a wide range of applications. The first criteria of selection for a hose is its working range. This rules, whether a pressure hose, a suction hose, a combined pressure and suction hose, or one for operation under ambient pressure suites best. This catalogue sorts the different hose construction types according to these criteria.

The links below lead to hoses designed for conveying under vacuum. Some of them resist only partly against pressure.

This guarantees the extreme vacuum resistance of the hose as well as its great flexibility both when empty and under full vacuum.

ALLERIT SR is typically used as a suction hose to transport abrasive and corrosive suspensions and liquids. The advantages of this hose in this area of application are especially effective when it comes to large diameters. It guarantees a secure hose connection between connection points which carry out strong relative movements together during operation.

The core is technically smooth.The surface of the hose is fabric-textured and has wide corrugations.

both inside and outside;
in the external areas of the
corrugations a steel wire spiral is inserted.

ALLERIT P and KM are built with an elastic textile inlay which gives them a very high level of flexibility.

ALLERIT KM is specifically designed for use in road sweepers. For this area of application rubber mixtures with particularly high levels of tear resistance are used for the cores, this is due to the long operating life of the hoses when in use. ALLERIT P is a highly flexible suction hose which is preferably built in fixed. Its main area of application is for extracting exhaust fumes and vapours as well as transporting supply and discharged air.

Neither design is suitable for use under pressure. ALLERIT PD is the model that is suitable for use under light pressure.

Both the cores and the surfaces of the hoses are profiled.

highly flexible suction hose.

Its block grooves guarantee a large bending radius which enables it to be used in cramped conditions with strong bends. ALLERIT G is typically used for vacuum cleaners, vapour and smoke suction and filter systems. It is also used in the engineering industry as an air and exhaust hose.

The dredging hose for suction excavators with cantilever arm allows transport of highly abrasive material in a narrow bending radius.
The hose is suitable for hauling of sand, gravel, soil and
industrial sludges. Excluded from continuous hauling are
hazardous materials such as acids, bases, oils and solvents.
