Pressure hoses

ImmuG Rohr + Schlauch GmbH provides to the customer different hose constructions meeting the requirements out of a wide range of applications.
The first criteria of selection for a hose is its working range. This rules, whether a pressure hose, a suction hose, a combined pressure and suction hose,
or one for operation under ambient pressure suites best.
This catalogue sorts the different hose construction types according to these criteria. The links below lead to hoses designed for conveying under pressure.
Some of them resist only partly against vacuum.

ALLERIT C + RU

ALLERIT C is the classic robust
suction pressure hose with a spiral.

ALLERIT C is the classic robust suction pressure hose with a spiral. It is used for the transportation of liquids and suspensions and is suitable for use under high pressure and up to a medium vacuum force. It is flexible and can be laid up to a medium bending radius. The pressure carrier is made of highly robust textile cord. ALLERIT C can be combined with all flange types and is available with sockets and expansions. A special example of the hose is available as AWEG A and flange connections are placed where very high longitudinal forces are absorbed by the hose. ALLERIT RU is a lightweight suction and pressure hose for the transportation of liquids and suspensions. It can also be used as an air and gas transportation hose and is used in the engineering industry. The textile pressure carrier enables ALLERIT RU to be used up to medium pressure. It is available with a nominal value of 150. A typical feature of the ALLERIT RU is the flange connection as sockets, also available with extension. It can be combined with the flange types FL and FR. The core is technically smooth. The surface is corrugated and fabric textured.

The universal hose ALLERIT LSG is characterised by its calibrated external diameter which is compatible with all the usual clamping flange connections. It is available from stock either as a complete length or cut to length to suit the customer’s requirements. Although the ALLERIT LSG hoses have a high pressure resistance, the limited size of their compressive strength of the connection between hose and clamping flange has to be observed by the customer when in use. ALLERIT LSG is generally available without flanges or sockets. The hose is also available as AWEG SG with flange FL or FR built on to one side. This version of the hose makes assembly of circuits on the building site easier as a clamping flange only has to be mounted on to one side. A very similar construction has the ALLERIT NG, its wall thickness is selectable from a wide range. The core is technically smooth. The surface is smoothly fabric textured and calibrated. ALLERIT FA is a pressure and suction hose with a high level of flexibility which guarantees the distinctive corrugations in the surface of the hose. Its basic properties are the same as those of ALLERIT C; the areas of application for both hoses are also the same. ALLERIT FA has a smaller bending radius than ALLERIT C. It is suitable for the creation of hose circuits in cramped conditions. It is best used with a medium nominal value. This type of hose is predominantly suitable as a pressure hose but it can also be used under medium vacuum. It can be combined with all flange types and is available with sockets and expansions. The core is technically smooth. The surface of the hose is highly corrugated and fabric textured.

Therefore ALLERIT PV is particularly suitable for intermittent transportation under changing pressure requirements and above all for the alternating operation between pressure and vacuum. Its use as a loading hose or a vacuum hose for large nominal values is where it is most beneficial. It can be combined with all flange types and is also available as a socket hose with expanded sockets if required. The core is technically smooth. The surface of the hose is highly corrugated and fabric textured.

Allerit TE is the universal pressure hose for different transportation tasks. The pressure carrier is made of highly robust textile cord. It can not be used as a suction or vacuum hose. It has no built in spiral and can therefore kink if bent under normal pressure. This behaviour is reversible under pressure. A variety of special designs are available with the ALLERIT TE label, for example, extensional hoses, hoses for high pressure environments and hoses with reduced combustibility according to variable flammability ratings. A typical hose from this group is the railway brake hose which is available in certified and approved variations, in different sizes and models. Other important special types are hoses with heat protection coatings for use as cooling water hoses in steel works, hoses with built in heated filaments, non-conductive designs for use as cable protection hoses and more. ALLERIT TE can be combined with all flange types and is available with sockets and expansions. The core is technically smooth.The surface of the hose is smoothly fabric-patterned.

ALLERIT IPV is designed as a all-purpose hose for operation up to medium pressure and high vacuum. It shows a high flexibility and proves its special capability in those fields of application, when the hose moves or bends during conveying. If it is mounted stationary, it allows a small bending radius.
ALLERIT IPV can be combined with all types of flanges and sockets. The construction is used e.g. as hose for loading, cooling water, and in shunting switches.
The core is technically smooth. The surface of the hose is fabric-patterned and has corrugations.
