Service life that convinces
In this video, we compare the wear during the dry conveying of stone fibers on an immuG rubber bend GUR-BG and a steel bend.
Technical details of the simulation:
- Conveying speed: 24 m/s
- Particle diameter: 10 mm
- Massflowrate: 100 kg/s
- Bend dimensions: ND 250 mm, radius 1286 mm, angle 45°
Rubber pipes and bends proved up to 20 times longer service life than steel or HDPE pipes. This leads to extended maintenance intervals and high customer satisfaction.
We optionally equip rubber bends with digital wear monitoring so that you can make optimal use of the service life.
